KM Learning Refund Policy

At KM Learning, we aim to provide high-quality education and a smooth learning experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which course fees may be refunded.
1. Course Fee Payment
All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan before the course begins.
Payment confirms enrollment in the selected course.
2. Refund Eligibility
Non-Refundable Cases:
Once the course has started, fees are generally non-refundable.
Fees paid for study materials, online tools, or registration are non-refundable.
No refund is provided for missed classes, technical issues on the user’s device, or voluntary withdrawal.
Refundable Cases:
If KM Learning cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for enrollment.
3. Refund Request Process
Submit a written request to support@kmlearning.in with your full name, course name, payment details, and reason for the refund.
KM Learning will review the request and respond within 7–10 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only in special circumstances at the discretion of KM Learning management.
5. Changes to This Policy
KM Learning reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be communicated via our website or directly to enrolled students.
